At Kate-Amsterdam, we do everything we can to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and the USA. International shipping outside these countries is currently unavailable.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, your order will be delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the time of ordering.

Shipping Costs

Free on orders with a value of €20 or more.

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Change of Delivery Address

Do you want to change the delivery address? Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period or as soon as your package has been shipped (whichever comes first), we can unfortunately no longer change the address. Customers are responsible for entering their address details correctly.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days. We may ask you for clear photos of the damaged item. After review, you will receive a replacement product, a refund, or a store credit.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email so you can follow your package to your doorstep.
